Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before accessing or using Humalyze AI. These terms govern your access to synthetic public intelligence, scenario simulations, predictive analytics, and computational credit consumption.
Acceptance of Agreement & Platform Scope
By accessing, browsing, registering for an account, or triggering simulations on Humalyze AI (“Platform”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you (“Customer” or “User”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and all referenced policies, including our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and Data Processing Addendum. If you enter into this agreement on behalf of a company or legal entity, you represent and warrant that you possess full legal authority to bind that entity.
Account Governance & Authentication
Users must provide valid, accurate, and up-to-date registration information. Authentication is secured through cryptographic token exchange and verified credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your workspace or API tokens. You must immediately notify our security response team at humalyzeofficial@gmail.com of any unauthorized account access.
Subscriptions, Usage Tiers & Digital Simulation Credits
(a) Computational Credit Mechanics: Platform simulations are metered via computational units (“Credits”). Pulse v0 simulations consume 1 credit per citizen agent; Insight v0 deep simulations consume 3 credits per citizen agent. Credits meter computational model orchestration and do not constitute stored monetary value, deposit balances, or financial instruments.
(b) Non-Refundability & Expiration: Subscription credits reset monthly at the start of each billing cycle according to your tier. Unused monthly tier credits do not roll over or accumulate. All credit purchases, top-ups, and subscription fees are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for fiat currency under any circumstances.
(c) Automated Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at current tier rates unless canceled prior to the renewal date via the Billing Settings dashboard.
Intellectual Property & Simulation Outputs
(a) Customer Inputs: You retain complete ownership of all proprietary data, policy drafts, press releases, survey parameters, and confidential context documents (“Customer Inputs”) submitted to the Platform. You grant Humalyze AI a worldwide, limited, non-exclusive license solely to process and analyze such inputs to execute simulations on your behalf.
(b) Simulation Outputs: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Humalyze AI assigns to you all rights, title, and interest in and to the analytical reports, synthetic metrics, risk matrices, and forecasting charts generated specifically for your workspace (“Generated Outputs”).
(c) Zero Model Training Guarantee: Humalyze AI expressly covenants that Customer Inputs and Generated Outputs are never used to train, retrain, or fine-tune public foundational artificial intelligence models or models shared with third parties.
(d) Platform IP: All underlying simulation engines, persona orchestration frameworks, ContentGuard safeguards, user interfaces, codebases, and trademarks remain the exclusive intellectual property of Humalyze AI and its licensors.
Acceptable Use Policy & AI Adversarial Safeguards
To preserve platform security and integrity, you agree not to, directly or indirectly:
- Engage in prompt injection, jailbreaking, or adversarial testing designed to bypass ContentGuard security filters;
- Scrape, harvest, or distill simulation outputs to train or benchmark competing machine learning or simulation models;
- Input unlawful material, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), non-consensual personal information, or malware payloads;
- Simulate campaigns intended to execute real-world automated voter disenfranchisement, coordinated doxxing, or illegal market manipulation;
- Reverse engineer or decompile any API protocols, binary dependencies, or agent orchestration runtimes.
Violation of this section constitutes grounds for immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account without notice or refund.
Probabilistic Simulation Disclaimer & Non-Reliance
IMPORTANT NOTICE ON SYNTHETIC FORECASTING:
Humalyze AI outputs are probabilistic statistical approximations generated via multi-agent generative modeling. Simulation scores, archetype reactions, volatility indexes, and predictive breakdowns do not constitute guaranteed future outcomes, audited factual disclosures, legal advice, or certified financial counsel.
Customer assumes full, unshared responsibility for independently verifying and evaluating simulation outputs before making policy, commercial, capital, or operational decisions.
Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
Waiver of Consequential Damages: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Humalyze AI, its affiliates, directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data loss, business interruption, or reputational harm.
Aggregate Liability Cap: Humalyze AI’s cumulative liability arising out of or related to these Terms or platform usage shall be strictly capped at the total amounts actually paid by Customer to Humalyze AI in the twelve (12) months preceding the incident (or $100 USD for free accounts).
Customer Indemnification: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Humalyze AI from and against any claims, losses, or legal liabilities arising from your Customer Inputs, breach of the Acceptable Use Policy, or third-party reliance on your published simulation outputs.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute or controversy arising out of or relating to this agreement shall first undergo 30-day informal executive negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be finally resolved through binding individual arbitration administered under the Arbitration Rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC). Users agree to waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or representative proceedings.
